Event Details

Do you want to encourage, empower and support a certain group of people to behave in more sustainable ways or adopt a new habit? Behaviour change (for all of us!) is a critical part of societal change.

In this workshop we will go through how to better understand people and their behaviors, define the barriers to and enablers of change, set behavior change goals, and design an intervention that creates the opportunity, capability and motivation for people to change their own behavior. We will test and use different processes and techniques live, using a case study. This workshop can help you to design communications, community engagement and other activities that seek to change behaviour.

Elise is an Australian social innovation professional with roots in strategic communications and behaviour change. She has eight years of experience working in or consulting to the private, public and social sectors in Australia, the UK, USA and India.
