The intention of this training is to equip you with the knowledge and practice on how to meet online with your team so the productivity and connection don’t go down in these weird pivotal times. Your project is important so let’s make sure your team meetings don’t burry it before it starts for real. By the end of the workshop, you will know which meetings you want to practice, how to organise and prepare them and how to facilitate them as a collective. The training will be a combination of good practices, tips and space for trying out already.
